Send a filled form published in Sharepoint as MHTML attachment

Hi all,
i'm newbie in infopath and i want to do something and i dont know if it
is possible.

I've created a form in infopath 2003 and i want to publish it in
Sharepoint and send it filled as MHTML by email without using outlook (
i mean, send it using some DLLs)

Is it possible ?

Any kind of help will be apreciated
