send a filtered task list as an e-mail attachment

I have updated my task list and filtered it by the category.

I am interested in e-mailing this filtered list to a colleague for review so
that he may see my current task list.

This should be easy (like sending a Word attachment) but, I can't figure it
out

Depending on your Outlook version and setup, you may have an Insert | Item command on the toolbar. You can also drag items from your task folder into the open message to attach them.
