Send a group message w/only the recipients own name in the TO box

How do I send a message to a number of recipients with only each individual
recipients name appearing in the TO box to protect their privacy. With blind
copies, there arenot any names in the To box.

If you want to personalize messages, you must use a mail merge to electronic
mail.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions. For an overview of

You can do this with an Outlook add-in. I use Easy Mail Merge because I
think is the most easy to use of all. You can find it here:
