I am interested in this as well, especially for creating a single letter from
a single contact (mail merge is too cumbersome for that). As I recall,
Outlook 2003 allowed you to create a letter in Word froma single contact...
but that feature seems to have diappeared in Outlook 2007. I also have
Business Contact Manager, but it does not seem to help. This seems like it
shoudl be a basic feature.
