Dear all,
i've a quick problem:
i have this situation:
Contact_list1 : (e-mail address removed)
Contact_list2 : (e-mail address removed)
Contact_list3 (Contact_list1 + Contact_list2)
I granted my colleague the owner access right to my contact lists. He can
open my contact folder in his outlook BUT when he want to send a mail to
Contact_list3 via his onw mailbox, he right click on the shared contact list,
then new message to contact (in the To field : Contact_list3) AND when he
sends the message, he gets an administrator error mail because Contact_list2
cannot be reached. "The following recipient could not be reached...
Contact_list2... The recipient name is not recognized.
Note that if my colleague follows the same procedure with sending a mail
directly to Contact_list2; the mail is sent without any issue and he doesn't
receive any error mail.
So is there any common way to share this sort of contact lists keeping the
hierarchy between the contact lists or any other solution you may see to
solve this issue?
Many thanks in advance,
Sebastien
