Send a regulary scheduled email

I want to send an email reminder every month to an external email address. I cannot figure out how to do this.

Any help would be appreciated.

There isn't any native way to do it. Check this page for some 3rd party

Setup the stadard mail to be sent. Keep it in the "Draft" folder. Each
time you want to use it, make a copy.

If running Exchange create a header file, an email message file and then a
batch file to copy the two togetehr and then into the pickup directory, then
just scedule the batch file to run when u want.
