Send A Smile Problem

I installed the Office feedback program called "Send A Smile".
Unfortunately, I clicked through and did not register at that time- this
means that my comments go in anonymously. I have changed my mind and wish to
register so my comments are keyed to my email address.

I have searched the program completely and am unable to find out how to
change this. I even uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled - I was not given
a choice to change this.

How do I change this?

Thanks - but, I already had it and installed it. Unfortunately, I did not
register when it asked and now it won't let me.

How do I go back into the program and register now?

Thanks - did that. I uninstalled and then reinstalled - no option to
register. Then uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled - still did not give
option of registering.
