Send Access report as email HTML format

Hi friends,
I have an access report and need to send it as email attachment. When I
click on send > then I choose email receipant
It is asking me the type:
-If I choose rich text I am loosing my graphics and allighments in the
report
-If I chooose HTML then It is asking for template?

My questions:
1-What can I do to keep graphics and alighment if I choose rich text
2-what is an html template ? where should I create one?
