Send and email form by using pre-set outlook contacts info

Hi,
I was wondering if there are any ways to add 'send to mail recipient'
control/button to the form, so it will open pre-set email accounts in the
field 'To' and in subject line. I don't want users to click on file and then
on 'send to mail recipient' option to open email brouser.
Also, I want users to click on the button and the form (that they filled
out) opens in outlook with pre-set features (ex. alert-this massage expire in
2 days, e-mail accounts where this form is suppost to go)

Please Help.
