Send and receive all

I am fairly new to Outlook express. I have set up three accounts and can
send and receive mail when I use 'Tools', 'Send and Receive' and select each
account in turn. However, I receive nothing if I use 'Send and Recieve' and
choose 'All'. Is it something in y settings?

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
