I'm using Outlook 2003 and when i create a new message the formal is HTML. I
insert an animated .gif image and then send the message to myself.
When it arrives it is plain text with the image as url link. This is also
the way my grandson receives the email - plaintext with no image.
How do I get outlook 2003 to receive it as html with the image in tact?
I can receive html formatted email form other source with images.
