I have a user, who, while in Word will normally open a document, click on
Send As Attachment, setup the email and then click on Send and be done with
it. A while back, she noticed that the emails were getting stuck in her
Outbox. I tried to send the same document from Outlook, by going to New
Email and adding the attachment and it worked fine. Tried it again from Word
- stuck in the Outbox again. I can open the email in the Outbox and click on
Send and it goes with no problem. I have never seen this problem before - she
is getting very frustrated - any ideas would be helpful.
