hi all..
i need some help here..

i have an infopath 2003 sp2 form which is connected with an access data
base..
my form contains also 3 check boxes.
my idea is to send the form via email in 3 users and each user will check
and submit one check box.(the one that has the his name next to it).
Now, when the 3 check boxes are submited in the data base via a button in
the form, i want to notify a specific user via a autogenarate email...

is this possible ?
if anyone if aware of a script or VB code or any other way, please help!!!!!

thanks

You should be able to do this codeless.

You just setup an email submit and then use the selected user's email for
the to: field as they also submit it to the database.

How are you identifying the user and controling it so that the person listed
is the one submitting it?

I have used the AD webservice from Qdabra software, which you can use to
identify the user as well as lookup the email of your approvers. There also
is a whole coded approvals and workflow add-on for InfoPath in their Database
Accelerator package.
