Send Button Gone

An upgrade to Office XP from Office 2000. The send button is gone and
cannt be accessed by trying to readd it to the toolbar. Also, cannot
do the alt/s key combo to send. Nothing happens. Don't see anything
weird in the event viewer. Its like the send feature is completely
gone.

Machine in question is a Win2k w/ sp4 installed.

Anyone run across this or have ideas on how to fix?
