Send button missing, Account setting test OK

What can cause the following problem: Im not able to send any emails out from
outlook2007. There is no "Send/Receive" button as in outlook 2000 I'm about
to start using
I have tested the account settings and received OK for that.

This is fresh installation of office 2007. registration done.

Relax, jouniP...I'm having the same problem. My account settings are cool; I
do have my own email entered. Still, no "send" button. :(
