send button

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) the send button is gone from the tool bar. I have tried the customize tool bar and drag but there is no send button there. I received an install update from Microsoft and it will not install and asks to shut down Entourage first which I did. A password window opens, I add password and the cycle starts over again. When i open Entourage is when the install pops up

Under Entourage in the Menu bar select "Switch Identity." Do not bother
to put in any account info. Do you see the Send button?

You need to quit all Microsoft applications including the Microsoft
Database daemon and Office Reminders. Easy way: Log out of your User's
folder under the Apple in the Menu bar. When you Log in, hold down the
Shift key to disable all startup items.
