I have an invoice which i made many calculation in the form itself and now
the results of the calculated records are not showing in the table
That's correct. Calculated data, with very few exceptions, need not be
stored in any table.
Access is not a bigger version of Excel.
As long as you have the data used for the calculation stored, anytime
you need the result of the calculation re-calculate it, in a query, or
directly in an unbound control on a form (as you seem to be now doing)
or in a report (using the same expressions you are using on the form).
