Send custom form to foreign SMTP address

When I send a custom form to a foreign SMTP address (one not associated with
my Exchange Server organization), the form is received with no visible
content. When sent to my local address, it contains the expected content.
Please advise.

The external site needs access to the form definition. You can either
save the form definition with the item (which will often cause problems
in your Exchange organization, or send them the form definition (as an
oft file).
