Send Data to Website thru Command Button

I am trying to create a command button that will submit 2 fields to query on
a website. I cannot find an equivalent to the submit on the webpage html
that will allow me to do so.

For example: I have a form that has the address & zip code, Can I submit
those to a map search website to find a map by just pressing a command
button?
