Send e-mail option- delivery to route to group mailbox

How about the Delivery option? to return responses to group mailbox
and how do I set the send response option with
EDIT THE RESPONSE before sending option
with orig message included in the response


..deliver="groupmailbox"
and
..replies ="groupmailbox doesn't work

I also have the following issue In Excel any user in company can create form
and then e-mail it- wanted to get copy sent to what is called PSR reviewer
mailbox and be able to see the responses as well as the tracking information
of the orig email sent -want to see as PSR reviewer not email originator.
