send email attachements from outlook 2003 to one note 2007

Hi,

I use one note as my reference system. The icon sending emails to onenote is
very useful, but is it possible to directly send the attachement of an email
to one note, using the "save as" right click mouse function?

thanks

This isn't really a direct answer, and I don't know about using Outlook 2003
/ OneNote 2007 together, but can you right-click the attachment, choose
print, then print to OneNote? I can. But that's with Outlook 2007 / OneNote
2007.

thanks for your reply..but it does not work : when I right click i can only
print to my default printer. There is not a choice to print to onenote.

That's interesting. The print option in Outlook 2007's right-click context
menu lets me choose among printers.

I guess you could make the OneNote printer your default printer. Probably
not a satisfactory arrangement for most people, though.

Sorry.

Printing an attachment from Outlook 2007 only goes to the default printer.

I don't know of a way to print an attachment to OneNote with a single
click.

Am I missing something? I don't think the discussion was about single-click
options, since we were talking about the right-click context menu. If I
right-click on an attachment in Outlook 2007 and hit print, I am presented
with a variety of options. I can go ahead and print with the default printer
(which could be set to OneNote), or I can cancel the print, allow the
attachment to open, and print to any printer on the system.
