send email to distribution list not showing other members name

I want to be able to send an email to a group of people but I want each email
to look like a personal email just to them, not show all themembers of the
group on the TO line of the email.

How can that be done?

You can buy send personally outlook plug-in from mapilab or use mail list
software add-on like maillist king

To do so natively you would use a mail merge. A mail merge can use your
Contacts, but not a DL.
