Send email w/o sender's info i.e. sender's email address

Using Outlook 2002 and Exchange Server 2000...Is it
possible to send email where the recipient does not
receive the sender's info i.e. email address ?

AFAIK, Outlook does not permit the user to generate "system" messages.

PS - System generated means that the from address is a null address.
