Send feedback to get ZIP as an attachment compression option!

I'm astounded that even with 11.2.4 we still don't have an option to
use ZIP as the format to compress attachments.

If, like me, you're getting tired of explaining to users over and over
the difference, or take phone calls from users outside your
organization on how to get their Windows machine to handle this crazy
thing called a "SIT" file, then do us all a favor -- send some feedback
and request this feature.

Maybe it is too late for Ent 2004, but it sure doesn't hurt to ask.

You can also, now, submit feedback using the 'send feedback...' item under
the Help menu - this was broken for about two years, but is now working
again.

In the meantime, I wrote a script to attach a file as a zip archive - you
can find it on my scripts page:
