Send file to someone - no images

I have searched help and the options over and over and can not find an
answer to my problem.

I created a file, in which I inserted different JPG images
(Insert\Picture\From file)

It looks fine on my computer, but when I send the file to anyone else, the
images are not embedded in the file.

What can I do, or where can I found how to make the images be embedded into
my MS Word 2003 file?

Based on the method you're using the images *are* embedded in the doc unless
you're using the Link to File option. The problem most likely stems from the
manner in which you "send" the doc - which you neglect to offer any
specifics

If this is by email & the recipient needs an editable copy, zip the file
before sending it as an attachment. If they don't need to be able to edit,
send a PDF instead.
