I've made a form where a user can complain abouth something (3
textboxfield). After receiving this form I want to reply to the user.
But when I reply, the form(contents) dissappear(s). How can I reply AND
keep the info the user gave me (i.e. in rtf).

What you really want is to have the message sent using the TNEF wrapper.
This is controlled in the contact item for the recipient. Open the
recipients contact item, select the email address field, right click it,
and choose properties. In Outlook 2000, there is a checkbox on the
bottom of the property panel that is labeled "Always send mail to this
recipient using rtf". Make sure that check-box is checked. In later
versions of Outlook, this check box is hidden behind a dropdown list
control.
If you don't have a contact item for the recipient, the there is a check
box about rtf on the property page of the reply message. Make sure that
one is checked.
