Send hidden e-mail from Access?

Hi,

I'm looking to create an Access application that will e-mail an
administrator when certain records are changed. I understand that it
is possible to do this via Outlook (see, e.g.,
http://www.blueclaw-db.com/access_email_send_outlook.htm), but it
appears that this solution requires the user to click a confirmation
box to send the e-mail. Is there a way to send the e-mail "silently",
without involving the user?

You can do it using Outlook Redemption, have a look at my reply to an
earlier post which gives some code to do that :-
