Send Individually Add-In by Sperry software "Problems"

Is anyone familiar with the above?

problems with this newly purchased add-in. I have Vista, MS Office 2007 w/
new Dell PC. I continually get a message from Outlook stating there is a
serious problem with this addin engine and asking me to disable it. I've
talked with Sperry and they are of NO help!!! I have to keep it disabled
most of the time. When I use it to send a group email, this add-in is
designed so the receipents only see their info and no other receipents email
address. Could it be that I need to do something with my "add-in security
settings" or trust center settings (which I don't know anything about)???
HELP I'm at wits end!!

Are you also by chance using the ITunes calendar synch addin (part of the
ITunes software)? If so there was a bug in versions earlier than 7.6, which
was released yesterday, that caused Outlook to crash when a calendar synch
was performed and caused innocent addins to get blamed. That's now fixed in
the latest version of the ITunes software.

What other addins are listed in the Trust Center as active?

Mike Sperry's addins are usually pretty solid. In general I've found they
only suffer from the same problems other addins face if a badly written
addin does something like accessing Outlook on two different threads without
marshalling all calls to thread 0. There's nothing Mike can do about that if
there's another addin running that causes problems.

You called Mike Sperry at his office to ask about the problems?

Ken, I have no knowledge of what you are talking about with regard to ITunes
calendar addin. I don't have it on my PC. I don't know how to set things in
the trust center nor where to find it in outlook. I've talked with Mike
Sperry numerous times with no luck!! There are no other outlook addins on my
PC. AND I don't understand your technical terms, etc. There have even been
times when I included my email in a batch of emails to "send individually"
and I get multiple copies of the same email in my inbox!!! This causes me to
question where the other recipents received multiple copies of the same email
or whether they received the email at all!!! I'm frustrated!!

Tools, Trust Center, Com Add-ins tab. See what's there.

It might just be that due to some compatibility issues with your setup that
you won't be able to use that addin and will have to request a refund. I
don't run any of Mike's addins here so I have no experience with that
specific addin.

I can't help you with a Sperry addin, I don't know anything about it and I'm
not associated with his company. I also don't do private support, no matter
where you live. If you can't get help from Sperry then ask for a refund of
your purchase.
