I have a form that opens to a new record. There is also a combo box on the
form to choose a previously logged job. Once the job is chosen you can click
a button that will run a macro that runs a make-table query and opens a form
that is linked to the job. There are "Send Keys' used so the user doesn't
need to reply to any prompts. This works fine most of the time.
Occasionally the user will be prompted to answer all three dialogs for making
the table. If it is going to happen it will always be on the first request
to open the Job Totals form...but it doesn't do that consistently. Sometime
it doesn't happen. Why is Access ignoring the "Send Keys" in the macro?
Thanks, Ann
