Send Link by E-mail causes Outlook to close

This happens when I have Outlook 2007 open. With a web page open in IE-7, if
I click on "Send Link by E-mail", it kills Outlook. Outlook 07 just closes.
If Outlook is closed when I click on "Send...", it opens a new message and it
works the way it should.

Any ideas?
