Dear all
When I send an attachment in Outlook I can select "Attachment Options" where
I can select to share the attachment. If I select this option then the email
is amended to include a link to the Sharepoint area. My problem is that the
attachment and the link are then sent. I would have prefered just to send the
link, mainly to stop users from filling up their mailboxes with identical
stuff. Running Outlook 2003, Small Business Server 2003 which includes
Sharepoint 2003. Is there a setting or a better way of completing the task?
or a better method to keep users mailboxes from getting too big?
Thanks
