Send mail to predetermined time

I have a mail with delicate information, which is not to reach the
significant other before a certain date and time. You know it is
something like a on-line bank transaction, that you do not want to be
completed before a certain predetermined date...

How can I configure my outlook (Office XP Version) that it just sends
this mail in the above mentioned way, and the rest as usual every five
minutes?

Thanks for your help!

Start the message
Select options from the tool bar
then select do not deliver before and set the date and time.
then send the message
it will wait in you outbox until the appropriate time and will be sent as
long as outlook is up and running at the time indicated.
