send mail with attachment from asp.net using outlook web access

I have an asp.net application that create docs ( word documents ).
on the asp.net form, I have a "send doc as mail" button.
What I whould like to see is a "outlook web access" new mail screen with the
sender name and the attachment.

So any body knows how to create a new "outlook web access" mail with subject
and attachment
