send mass e-mail from table field

Is it possible to make access insert all the e-mail addresses in my "e-mail" field into a new outlook e-mail, thus being able to send a mass e-mail to all the e-mail addresses in this field

Can I program this in such a way that I can do it by clicking a button on my main switchboard
