Send Message to Contacts in a Public Folder

When I open a Contact via my mailbox in OWA 2003, I see a button titled "Send Mail to contact". When I open a Contact via a Public Folder in OWA 2003, I don't see that button. I would appreciate any info regarding how to add that button for Contacts in a Public Folder. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I've the same problem in my organisation.
Is there any way to access contacts in public folders in the "new mail form"?

None that I've heard of.

BTW, this is the forum for contact-related questions regarding the desktop Outlook program. OWA questions are best posed in the microsoft.public.exchange.clients group.
