"Send" method of "MailItem" displays warning

Hi,
I am trying to send email via MS Outlook 2003. When I use "Send" method
of a "MailItem", it displays a warning. Is it possible to disable this
warning programmatically or instruct the user of my application to do
that(disabling the warning) manually?
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
