send msg to user who has delegate, but dont want delegate to msg

when i send a msg to another user, who has delegates assigned to his
calendar, e-mail, how can I send an e-mail that only he will see. Whenever i
send a msg, all of his delegates respond to my msg to confirm for lunch.

Try setting the Sensitivity field to Private.
