Send Mtg Reqeust on behalf of Mgr & use PDL in Mgr's Contacts fold

How can a user send a meeting request on behalf of her manager and use a PDL
from her manager's Contacts folder? The user already has access to her
manager's calendar and contacts folder. She can send a meeting request on
behalf of her manager by creating it from her manager's calendar. She can
select individual contacts from her mgr's Contacts folder by selecting
Contacts in the lower left corner of the Mtg Request form, but the personal
disitrubtion lists are not shown.
