Send Multiple Appointments to Choose?

How do I send multiple appointment options in a single e-mail? I want to give the recipients the option to choose one of three times to attend by just clicking a link in the e-mail for the one time that they would like to add to their calendar.

Create an ics file for each choice and attach them all to a mail message.
They can choose the one they prefer.
