Send multiple email to Junk list and add to blocked list

Is there a way to select multiple emails and send to Junk file and add to
blocked list?

I can only seem to do it one at a time.

But I get about 50-100 junk emails a day and it is a pain to have to do it
one at a time.

Thanks,

Tom

No; adding addresses to the junk list is useless - spammers rarely use the
same address over and over.

So how do I get outlook to ignore certain emails that have the same subject
line (even if addresses are different)?

I have one I get about 10 of a day - with the same subject line - So I
should be able to get rid of this one.

Thanks,

Tom
