We collect data on student teaching which is then entered into 3 separate
forms per student. We want to email the forms in their current format, which
access did not allow us to do. So I saved each form as a report. I can
maintain the format by emailing a snapshot of the form but I need to send 3
emails. Is there a way of putting all of the snapshots into 1 email. From
what I can see the snapshot choice isn't available until you click on the
email and choose send to.
