Send newsletter as pdf to mailing list

I am trying to send a newsletter I have created as a pdf to a mailing list
that I have in publisher. I can create the email with the pdf attachment but
then not able to pull through the email addresses from the mailing list.
Anyone knows how this is done?

I know how I do it, but it probably isn't the right way.

Publisher lists are Access files. I have Access, I open Access, copy the column
with the e-mail addresses. Open Publisher, send e-mail as PDF, when Outlook
opens I paste the addresses into the To:

You may do better starting the merge from Outlook or making the list in a Word
table.

In other words, I don't know how to merge Publisher with an attachment.

You'd think this would be simple wouldn't you - having spent all my time
doing the complicated stuff

Better to Paste into Bcc: that way everyone doesn't get everyone else's
email addresses.

I do this on a regular basis for an organization of about 400 members. I use
WorldMerge (www.coloradosoft.com), which allows me to format a message as
HTML and/or text, attach files (including PDFs), and pull email addresses
from a variety of sources (I use the organizartion's Access database).

The OP said he/she uses a Publisher list, which in turn is an Access file.
However if the poster does not have Access then I can't see how he/she can use
WorldMerge.

WorldMerge will pull email addresses from a variety of sources, including

Microsoft Access
Paradox
Microsoft Outlook Express
Microsoft Excel
FoxPro
TOP Producer*
DBase
Eudora Address Book
ACT!*
ODBC Data Source
Microsoft Outlook Address Book
Tab and comma delimited text files
Simple text file

PS--I do not work for coloradosoft; I'm just a very satisfied user of their
product.
