I have two users who are unable to send email. Both are using Outlook 2003
in a Microsoft Exchange environment. Clicking on the Send button or
selecting Send from the File menu does nothing, and the email being sent
stays open instead of closing. I have checked send/receive settings and they
are correct. I have run Detect and Repair, uninstalled and Reinstalled
Outlook, deleted and recreated the mail profile, and deleted the outcmd.dat
file so that it would be recreated. When trying to send there are no errors,
nor any entries in the event logs. User is authenicated and Outlook is
Online and receives email normally. There are no send restrictions placed on
the user account. Any ideas why send would suddenly stop working for these
two users, or what else I could try to resolve the issue? Thanks
