Send Object as RTF changes location of page footer

Hi All,

I've got a report that is sent via e-mail as RTF using automation. I've got
a report date and 'page x of y' in the page footer, which seems to change
its vertical position on the page at whim. It stays near the bottom of the
page, but shifts up and down.

Anyone seen this before and if so, any ideas?
