Send on behalf no longer displays in Outlook 2007

Delegate permissions are set, but when sending on behalf of user, it no
longer displays message in e-mail regarding "this message was sent on behalf
of user such and such", we are using Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2003. Is this
no longer a feature or do we need a special add-in, update, etc...? Thank
you.

Does that user have send as permission on the mailbox? This is set in the
active directory by the admin.

Yes, I am a Network Admin and in AD they have Send on Behalf permissions.
They are able to access that person's Inbox, but when they forward or reply
to an e-mail, it does not specifically state "Sending on behalf of". Thanks.

Are they changing the From field?

Thank you for your input. After calling user, discovered that user was only
having an issue with newly composed e-mails from the other user's Inbox.
After instructing user on how to add the From: field to new e-mails, had her
input the other user's name and this added the send on behalf message to the
e-mail. Thank you all for your assistance. Have a great day.
