Send on Behalf

Hello, Quick Q.:
My bosses secretary has send on behalf enabled and all works fine. She
replied to one of his mails on behalf of him and would only like the
receiving party to send her the mail back. I know - wierd. Is there a way to
have the recipient of the send on behalf reply only send mail replied to back
to the Secretary automatically and not to the boss. Say the client replied
to the sent on hehalf emai reply.

The admin mentioned that is worked in older Outlook versions - truth?
She currently has full rights to his mailbox and recieves a duplicate copy
of all mail that goes to the bosses mailbox becuase he is quick to delete
before he thinks about things. - Just a little history on why this is.

Any thoughts woul ben appreciated.

be send to her.

On the Options... screen of the message she can specify that replies should
be send to her.

Sorry, I got it and everything works fine except in the options to send to
another address. I am able to reply with the send on behalf portion to get
it working. My problem was that I am and have been using accounts that were
part of the admin group so I never did see the from text box nor the sent on
behalf. So I created two test accounts without admin priv's and it works
fine. But the only issue I have now is the Option area you describe. I
think the concept of picking who should continue the email conversation is
great because lets face it, people come and go and some bosses just do not
want to deal with things further and have their admin deal with it. I am
able to pull up the GAL and enter a name in the list, but the reply in the
same or original email does not go to the newly designated party. Is the
something else I am missing - rights wise for this option or do I need to
reboot, log on and off or just wait for maybe a server replication to take
place? I did force a dc forest wde sync but still the same results so I am
not sure what to do next but like exchange and outlook matters, try try again.

Thank you for your assistance for pointing me in the right direction but do
need to drive the ball home.

When you compose a new message fill in the desired From field and To field.
Then choose View-> Options... and specify the Have Replies Send To option.
When you now send the message and the receiving end presses Reply the To
field will be filled with the name you set in the Options...
