Hello Customer,

From the post log, I understand you would like to know how to use send an
e-mail message on behalf of someone else. If this is not correct, please
let me know.

First I would like to let you know that this feature requires you to use a
Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account. For the detailed steps on how to
do this, please refer to the following article:

Send an e-mail message on behalf of someone else

Hope this helps.

If anything is unclear or you need further assistance, please feel free to
let me know.

No, I know how to use "send as". I have users who are sending as and it
shows up as "ON BEHALF OF No Name Available".

Hello Customer,

I am so sorry for not entirely understanding your concern.

Based on my knowledge, if you grant a user "Send on behalf" permissions for
another user's mailbox, that user can send mail on behalf of the mailbox
owner. The name in the From box of these messages appears as

From: DelegateUser on behalf of MailboxOwner

where DelegateUser is the name of the user to whom you granted "Send on
behalf" permissions and where MailboxOwner is the name of the user who owns
the mailbox.

Regarding the unexpected behavior you encountered, I would like to collect
the following information from to narrow down this issue:

1. How does the MailboxOwner grant "Send on behalf" permissions to the
delegates? Please also provide the detailed steps on how to reproduce this
issue.

2. Does this issue happen in the same way on every delegate? Please grant
another user "Send on behalf" permissions for the MailboxOwner to check if
this issue recurs.

3. Does this issue happen on any other MailboxOwner?

4. Please take a screenshot of the scenario and send it to :<
(e-mail address removed) >.

Please take your time to collect the information and update me with the
result at your earliest convenience. I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

Ada Pan
