Send page to printer?

Hello!
I am maintaining a program. I find a problem which I can't figure out.
It is a report, which come from a form. I can preview it on the screen. I
want to print the report, so I push Ctrl-P key. It popup select printer
screen. I select the printer I want and push OK. A small screen popup show
sending to the printer, but it never print. The printer show 0 doc to print.
What could casue this problem?
Any advice welcome.
