Send picture stored on the Internet with a message.

How can I send a html email from Outlook 2007 without embedding the images?
Outlook 2003 had a check box option of "Send Pictures with Message" but
cannot find this option in Office 2007. The recipients would get an email
with an
image block message that they would need to download the images to view the
email

Bob,

I have img src added on the html to get the picture from the server but when
the email is sent out, it downloads the images and send it to the recipients
as attachments. The recipients do not get the image block message when they
receive these emails (e-newsletter/e-campaigns). The images show no matter
what. On the other side of this, if the email was sent from Words/Outlook
2007 to Hotmail/Live or Gmail, it is shows attachments. There must be a way
to prevent these images from being attached -- Outlook 2003 had the option of
"Send pictures with Message" In 2007, I am not able to find this option and
not sure if there is a work around for this.

Sorry, I can't help further. I despise HTML e-mail, and force convert
everything incoming to plain text. It's saved me an untold amount of
grief in dealing with e-mail accounts.
