Send problems in Outlook - help?!!!

When trying to send in Outlook, I'm getting th following error message...

Task 'mail.zelcomgroup.com - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78) : 'Unable
to send the message. Please verify the e-mail address in your account
properties. The server responded: 553 Sorry, over your daily relay limit.'

.....I've never received this message, and was just sending notes 2 minutes
ago!!!
